Return of goods

The buyer can return the product (or exchange it for another similar one) within 14 days from the date of purchase. This applies only to goods of good quality, that is, undamaged and not used.

In order to return a product, the buyer must meet the following conditions:

  • the product should not be in the List of those that are not subject to exchange and return (for example, "Food products" are not subject to return)
  • the product was not in use and its presentation in which it was purchased was preserved
  • less than two weeks have passed since the purchase of the goods

The return to the Buyer for the cost of goods of good quality is carried out within 72 hours, but no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of such Goods by the Seller, subject to compliance with the requirements, namely, if it has not been used and if its presentation, consumer properties, packaging, seals, labels, as well as a payment document for the goods.

The cost of the goods is subject to return by bank transfer to the Buyer's account, unless otherwise agreed with the Seller. The return of Goods of proper quality to the Seller's address is carried out at the Buyer's expense and the Seller does not reimburse the Buyer.

Despite this, we try to meet our customers. If the buyer asks to consider the option of replacing or returning goods of good quality, which is not refundable due to incorrect choice of goods or for any other reason, then we try to meet and arrange such an exchange / return, if possible.

Please note that the cost of goods damaged during transportation by transport companies is compensated by such companies. To do this, please check the integrity and completeness of the contents at the carrier's branch. Claims for the integrity and quantity of the goods after you leave the branch of the transport company will not be accepted and all risks from that moment on the buyer assumes.
